Shipping policy

Please note that orders are dispatched for delivery on Thursdays.

We prepare and send orders once a week. Orders placed during the week are usually shipped the following Thursday. You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

EU, Norway, and Switzerland

We offer a flat shipping rate of €6.50, and free shipping applies to all orders over €100. Please be aware that customs fees for Norway and Switzerland are covered by the customer. Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days after order has been dispatched.

Outside EU

For deliveries outside the EU, we have a flat shipping rate of €18.50, and orders over €250 qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for customs fees outside the EU. Delivery times vary from 4-12 business days after order has been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped, along with tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery progress. Don't forget to provide your phone number; our delivery partners may need to contact you regarding the delivery details.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Make sure to check out our ring size guide before making your selection.
Items purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion or sale are not eligible for return.
We do not refund costs associated with returning orders.
