Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That's why we offer a 30-day return period from the moment you receive your goods.
Returns are accepted if the items are damaged during shipping or if there's a manufacturing fault. We're here to make things right!
Return costs are covered by customers only outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment. Make sure to check out our ring size guide before making your selection.
Refunds
We'll refund costs associated with your returned items initial purchase within 14 days after receiving the return. Your financial institution should process the refund within 5 business days.
For Customers in the European Union
As per the EU Consumer Directive, our EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, no questions asked!
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll refund your payment immediately. Your financial institution should process the refund within 5 business days.
For orders already out for delivery, simply send it back to us - we'll inspect the order upon receiving it and promptly issue your refund.
For Customers Outside the European Union
While not required by law, we want all our customers to be happy! So, outside the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 2 business days or before the order has been processed.
If your order is already on its way, you still have a 30-day period to process a return if the items are damaged during shipping or if there's a manufacturing fault.

- Reason for return.
Please Note:
- Keep the original packaging and packing-list (if included).
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion or sale cannot be returned.
